Whistleblowing

The LOTTE Infracell Whistleblower system is a communication channel established to promote ethical management and management improvement at LOTTE Infracell. It is available for use by LOTTE Infracell employees, as well as customers, shareholders, and partner companies who engage with LOTTE Infracell. We make every effort and take all necessary measures to ensure that individuals who submit reports do not suffer any disadvantages as a result of their reports. This policy is operated in accordance with our internal regulations (Code of Ethics and Conduct).

Important Notes

In principle, reports should be submitted under your real name. However, anonymous reporting is possible if unavoidable.

For anonymous reports, investigation is possible only when concrete and objective facts can be verified.

You must not submit false reports for the purpose of defaming or slandering others.

Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information

The user confirms that the personal information below is accurate and agrees to the collection and use of personal information as follows.

1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

Personal information is used for identity verification, prevention of fraudulent or unauthorized use, complaint handling, and delivery of notices related to the whistleblowing service.

2. Items of Personal Information Collected

Required items - Reporter's name, company name, contact information (email, mobile phone), report type, name of the reported person, relevant department, report details Optional items - Position/title The following information may be generated and collected during service use or business processing. - Service usage records, access logs, cookies, access IP information

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

4. You may choose not to consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, if you do not consent, you may be restricted from checking the results of your whistleblowing report.
