Ethics & Compliance
Based on our corporate philosophy of customer-first, pursuing originality, and quality-first, LOTTE Infracell fulfills its social responsibilities by thinking correctly, judging rightly, and acting properly. In addition, while pursuing the common good of stakeholders, nations, and humanity, we continue to grow and develop as a world-class top company. To this end, LOTTE Infracell establishes the following Code of Ethics that employees must follow and pledges to put it into practice.
Chapter 1. Customers
1. Customers are the foundation of the company's existence. We think, decide, and create value from the customer's perspective in all management activities and serve our customers accordingly.
2. We are honest with our customers, respect their opinions, and always honor our commitments to them.
3. We do not use customer information for purposes other than its intended use without prior consent from the customer.
Chapter 2. Shareholders
1. Employees of LOTTE Infracell strive to enhance the market value of the company's shares through sincere management driven by creativity and innovation.
2. We comply with laws and principles related to corporate management and maintain transparency.
3. We listen carefully to the legitimate opinions of minority shareholders.
Chapter 3. Employees
1. Employees shall act in accordance with applicable laws, social norms, and high ethical values to uphold the company's honor and personal dignity, and earn respect and trust from colleagues and business partners.
2. Employees shall contribute to the company proactively and creatively with a sense of mission, bold challenges, innovation, mutual cooperation, and harmony.
3. Employees shall receive fair treatment based on their abilities and performance, regardless of regional ties, educational background, or gender.
4. Employees shall not use company assets for personal purposes and shall not disclose company information obtained through their duties. Employees shall refrain from exchanging gifts, lending or borrowing money, acting as joint guarantors, and shall prohibit rude behavior or sexual harassment to foster a positive workplace environment.
5. Executives shall bear social responsibility in mind, proactively respond to opportunities and crises, and set an example by acting in accordance with international standards of corporate management.
6. The company shall deeply recognize the dignity and value of each employee as a human being and strive to improve the quality of working life.
Chapter 4. Partner Companies
1. We provide equal opportunities to partner companies and conduct transparent transactions of legitimate products at fair prices for mutual benefit.
2. We do not make unreasonable demands or accept improper gifts or entertainment by exploiting the company's superior position. We also explain the purpose and spirit of this code to partner companies and encourage them to comply.

1. LOTTE Infracell respects the values of the nation and society, complies with relevant laws and regulations, and contributes to national development by creating social wealth and improving the quality of life for citizens through sound business activities.
2. LOTTE Infracell does not engage in political activities.
3. LOTTE Infracell strives to protect the environment and conserve resources through the development and sale of eco-friendly products, recycling of waste materials, resource conservation, and education.
4. LOTTE Infracell always strives for the safety of local communities, customers, and employees, and works to prevent accidents through education and training.
